Best Weapon Memories for Sarmiento & Centella in Blasphemous 2

The fastest weapon in Blasphemous is the rapier and dagger, or Sarmiento & Centella. With these twin weapons in hand, I could strike my enemies rapidly and inflict Lightning damage. While the Sarmiento & Centella are already powerful, you can strengthen them even further with Memory Upgrades.

Best Upgrades for Rapier & Dagger in Blasphemous 2

The Sarmiento & Centella possess three levels of upgrades, like the Ruego Al Alba and Veredicto. You must unlock each tier of Memory Upgrades, and then some upgrades require purchasing other upgrades first. Here are the Memory Upgrades I recommend getting in Blasphemous 2.

Best Tier 1 Memory Upgrades - Sarmiento & Centella

1. Verdadera Destreza I
   • Increases Verdadera Destreza level, adding additional Lightning damage to attacks. Getting hit depletes your indicator.
2. Galvanic Striker
   • Increases Lightning damage afflicted.
3. Silver Storm
   • Press R1 + Square to unleash a flurry of thrusts.
4. Silver Cross
   • Press R1 in mid-air to perform a quick cross-slash with both Sarmiento & Centella, damaging nearby enemies.
5. Piercing Retribution
   • Use Cross Guard at the last moment to counterattack with a lightning-quick thrust, piercing through all enemies in front of you.

Best Tier 2 Memory Upgrades - Sarmiento & Centella

1. Blessed Silver
   • Increases base damage of Sarmiento & Centella.
2. Verdadera Destreza II
   • Unlocks second Verdadera Destreza indicator.
3. Quicksilver Coating
   • Increases gain of Verdadera Destreza with each strike.
4. Silver Nail
   • Press Square repeatedly to finish with a powerful onslaught after the fourth strike.
5. Sacred Lunge
   • Boosts Sacred Lunge by consuming a Verdadera Destreza indicator.

Best Tier 3 Memory Upgrades - Sarmiento & Centella

1. Sacred Silver
   • Increases the base damage of Sarmiento & Centella.
2. Verdadera Destreza III
   • Unlocks the third Verdadera Destreza indicator.
3. Determination
   • Increases base defense.
4. Silver Lightning
   • Consumes all available Verdadera Destreza indicators for a boost.
5. Cross of the Tempest
   • Consume a Verdadra Destreza indicator to boost Silver Cross.

How to upgrade Sarmiento & Centella in Blasphemous 2

Scattered throughout Cvstodia are statues holding weapons. You must find the statues holding the Sarmiento & Centella. These can appear in throughout Cvstodia depending on which weapon you select at the start and what weapons you have on you. Interact with the statues, and you can purchase higher-tier Memories with Marks of Martyrdom.
