How to plant the bomb in Bodycam

In the Body Bomb game mode of Bodycam, the attacker team gets a bomb that they need to plant and protect from the defenders to win the round. Beginners may struggle at first with how to plant the bomb because the game doesn't give any hints or input prompts.

Arming and planting the bomb in Bodycam (Keybinds)

A random squadmate of the attacking team spawns with the bomb in the Body Bomb mode. To plant the bomb you need to hold the left-mouse button (fire weapon input) until your operator finishes entering the code and activates the bomb. Once the bomb is active, it'll emit a red flashing light. If you're confused about whether you have the bomb or not, use the mouse scroll wheel to cycle through your inventory.

How to drop and pick up the bomb in Bodycam

After activating/planting the bomb, I suggest you place it somewhere safe, where the attackers can't reach it easily; just make sure you're guarding it. To drop the bomb from your hand, press G on your keyboard. If you want to reposition the bomb or carry it with you, press E near it and your character will pick it up.

How to play the Body Bomb game mode in Bodycam

This game mode is a scuffle between the attackers whose objective is to plant the bomb and the defenders who have to prevent it from setting off. As attackers, you can take some risk and try planting the bomb closer to the enemy spawn point so it takes less time to blow up. Defenders should focus on taking out the attackers first and then defusing the bomb to avoid any surprise attacks. If the attackers didn't plant, then your job as a defender is to simply take all of them out.
