Call of Duty: Vanguard & Warzone Season Two is right around the corner. That means tons of new content for both of the games, including new maps, modes, weapons, and operators. Here are the four new weapons being added in Season Two of Vanguard & Warzone.
As has become the tradition with each new season, Activision will introduce four new weapons over the course of the season. Two of the weapons will be available as rewards in the Battle Pass, while the other two will be unlockable by completing challenges later on in the Season. Below are the new weapons:
- KG M40: Assault Rifle (Battle Pass) - The description for this weapon states that it is a workhorse assault rifle that is naturally steady and accurate. It boasts the second highest damage per shot in the Assault rifle category and is capable of firing 600 RPM. This weapon will be great for anyone who can master its recoil pattern and make it deadly at medium to long range. This weapon can be earned on day one of Season Two as part of the Battle Pass.
- Whitley: LMG (Battle Pass) - This LMG takes the crown in it's class, providing the highest damge per shot when compared to the other Vanguard LMG's. You wont have too much mobility lugging around this cumbersome beast, but the weapon is tried, true, and consistent—even at long ranges. This gun can be earned starting with the launch of the Season Two Battle Pass.

- Ice Axe (In-Season) - The Ice Axe is this season's new melee weapon. Its description states that it is effective both as a melee or a thrown weapon, though there has not been any confirmation on if you will be able to throw the Ice Axe. Regardless, this weapon is deadly enough to take down enemies in one hit. The Ice Axe will be added into the game later in the season and is unlockable by completing a challenge or purchasing a bundle that features it in the Store.
- Armaguerra 43: SMG (In-Season) - This intresting-looking SMG brings a high rate of fire to close and mid range encounters. The weapon's interesting design features the magazine as the weapon's handle. It has a pretty high recoil, so it's best utilized by those able to keep it under control. The Armaguerra 43 will be added into the game later in the season and will be unlockable by either comleting a challenge or purchasing a bundle that features a Weapon Blueprint from the Store.
So there you have it, those are all four new weapons being added in Season Two of Call of Duty: Warzone. Players will want to unlock these weapons as quickly as possible, as new weapons are oftentimes stronger than the other armaments.
