The Season 4 update for Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 added two special game modes to Multiplayer: Bit Party and Get Higher. The latter has 12 secret coins placed at various locations and collecting all of them gives you access to the Synth Bust animated camo.
How to get all coins in Get Higher MW3 - Synth Bust camo unlock
I have explained the exact location of each coin below with images so you'll have no trouble finding them. Keep note of the height indicator on the right to ensure you're on the right level. Also, keep an eye on the match timer as you must collect all 12 coins in a single match to solve the Easter Egg.
Coin 1 location
After Checkpoint 1, you'll see a maze with vertically moving blocks as shown in the first image. On the left side of the area, you'll find a hole with a special symbol marking (second image). Drop down the hatch when it's unblocked and you'll find the first coin inside.
Coin 2 location
You'll then encounter a puzzle with rotating blades. Enter either of the sections (left or right) shown in the first image and after going through two of these chambers, you'll find a secret passage (second image). Enter the area, turn right, and you'll find the second Get Higher coin there.
Coin 3 location
Keep moving ahead and reach Checkpoint 3 where you'll hear the sound cue for the coin. Turn left and you'll find the third coin in the corner as I've highlighted in the second picture above.
Coin 4 location
The fourth coin can be found only after reaching Checkpoint 8, so keep playing and make your way to the top without worrying about the coin anytime soon. You'll find the coin on the platform prior to the cylindrical tubes as shown in the image above.
Coin 5 location
After Checkpoint 9, cross the container section puzzle and you'll reach the spot I've shown in the first image. Turn around and there will be a secret entrance hidden between the containers. Jump over and reach the spot to retrieve the fifth coin.
Coin 6 location
After the next checkpoint, go through a series of puzzles and stairs until you reach the section shown above. The path to the other side will appear and move away, so you'll have to be quick and run through the bar to the other side while collecting the sixth coin in the process.
Coin 7 location
Interestingly, the next coin is also at the same location. After reaching the other side of the chamber, look down the edge (second image) and you'll find an opening. Slowly move your character to the edge and you'll eventually drop down onto the ledge. Crouch down and enter the tunnel which will take you to the seventh coin.
Coin 8 location
After crossing the planes and reaching Checkpoint 12, make it past the section with moving red blocks; take it slow and make sure you don't get crushed. On top, you'll reach a platform with blocks moving side by side (first image). Maneuver through the puzzle and jump over the opening grabbing the floating coin shown in the second image.
Coin 9 location
Thereafter, you'll reach Checkpoint 13 right as you exit the airplane, but don't move ahead. Instead, turn right and jump onto the wing of the aircraft as indicated in the first image. Jump over to the ladder, climb up, and drop down onto the platform on the other side. Turn around and you'll find the ninth coin in the back of the plane.
Coin 10 location
Beyond Checkpoint 15, make it past the moving blocks and climb up the shifting platforms. Here you can enter the chamber with moving blades and a narrow path to walk on, however, I suggest you go around as I've indicated above. Now you'll reach Checkpoint 16 and will not spawn all the way back if you get eliminated trying to get the 10th coin. Enter the chamber and jump down onto the platform (second image). From there you can easily enter the secret section with a Get Higher coin (third image).
Coin 11 location
Keep moving up the level until you reach Checkpoint 18. The 11th coin is hard to miss and will be sitting next to the palm trees right next to the checkpoint (see image).
Coin 12 location
Once you've made it through the next series of puzzles and reached Checkpoint 21, get ready to grab the twelfth and final coin on the Get High map. Go to the right-most moving platform (see first image), stand on top of it, and turn around. Wait for the platform to move down and you'll spot a secret entrance there. Go inside, grab the coin, and come back out the same way. Reach the final checkpoint to finish the match.
