Best Field Upgrades in Black Ops 6 Beta

Field Upgrades you must use!

Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Beta is here and you must be wondering what gadgets and equipment you can use to gain a competitive advantage over your opponents. Although the BO6 Beta features only a few of these items, I've listed all the Field Upgrades from best to worst so you know which ones to use.

Best Field Upgrades in Black Ops 6 Beta

Field Upgrades are powerful devices with a cooldown and recharge once used over time. Some of these equipment have a short recharge time, while others take longer to replenish. The following rankings are based on my opinion; however, every player may have their own favorite Field Upgrade that will work best for their playstyle, so make sure to experiment and try new things.

1. Assault Pack (pre-unlocked)

Current MW3 players may know this gadget as the Munitions Box. Throw down the Assault Pack and you and your teammates can use it to replenish ammo, lethal, and tactical equipment. No matter what game mode you're playing, you'll always need more ammo, especially when going for high kills. Therefore, I consider the Assault Pack one of the best Field Upgrade to use in Black Ops 6 Beta.

2. Trophy System (unlocks at level 8)

A traditional Trophy System that blocks enemy projectiles like grenades, flashbangs, and rockets before impact. It's one of the most used Field Upgrades in every Call of Duty as its requirement is inevitable if you're playing game modes like Hardpoint tactically. Deploy the device in the capture zone and enemies cannot use their equipment against you. But remember, a Trophy System can only block a limited number of projectiles until destroyed or shot down.

3. Sleeper Agent (unlocks at level 23)

Sleeper Agent is a newly introduced Field Upgrade that I've personally enjoyed using. Once activated, you'll appear as a friendly player to the opposing team for a short duration. You can use this opportunity to sneak behind the foes and take them out fraudulently, but it's not guaranteed that you'll go unnoticed. Enemy intel devices like UAVs and your gunshots are going to reveal your location to the opponents.

4. Neurogas (unlocks at level 14)

Neurogas Field Upgrade trap can be placed at a desired location and once triggered, it will release a toxic gas cloud that blurs enemy vision and slowly damages them. It's a great tactical device you can deploy to hold off enemies from entering or leaving a certain area for a short while.

5. Acoustic Amp (unlocks at level 18)

While MW3 has the Bone Conduction Headset Perk that you can use permanently to hear footsteps louder, Black Ops 6 has a Field Upgrade called Acoustic Amp. This gadget lasts for a short time and amplifies enemy footsteps so you can trace them effortlessly. Other Field Upgrades are more useful than this gadget for Black Ops 6 if you ask me.
