Does Call of Duty Vanguard have a Zombie Mode?

Yes. Call of Duty Vanguard will feature Zombie Mode at the launch of the game. There will be no main story in Zombie Mode at launch. Unlike previous entries, a story in that mode will be added at a later date. Possibly on Dec. 2nd, 2021 almost a month after the game's release.

It is confirmed that on Dec. 2nd, 2021 we will get new Zombies content and features in CoD Vanguard. Some of that content will include new objectives, weapons, additional Covenants, thematic content updates, Zombies Season Challenges, and more.

For the first time in the history of the Call of Duty franchise, Zombie Mode in CoD Vanguard will be a direct continuation of the story from the previous installment CoD Black Ops Cold War.

Zombie Mode in CoD Vanguard will be set in the same universe as Dark Aether (aka The Place Below Creation), which featured in Black Ops Cold War. It is a universe that exists in parallel to our own universe. It allows creatures from various dimensions to cross paths resulting in us fighting zombies. The first map filled with the undead this year will be Der Anfang.
