The Butcher is a powerful enemy that can spawn in different locations in Warzone DMZ. To find out where he is, check your tac-map for a marker showing his approximate location. Once you get there, you will see some Altars of Lilith that are part of a ritual to summon the Butcher's portal.

To activate the altars, stand near the candles and press the interact button. This will trigger waves of zombies, and you need to defeat all of them to proceed further. You'll have to do this five times to light all the candles on the altars. Finally, a portal will open, and you can enter it to face the Butcher.

As soon as you enter the portal, prepare yourself for a tough battle, as the Butcher is a powerful monster with a massive health bar and a horde of zombies backing him up. To take down the Butcher, you'll need weapons that can deal heavy damage, such as sniper rifles or LMGs. Once the fight starts, focus your fire on the Butcher and try to avoid his attacks.

You won't always be able to ignore the zombies, so make sure to take them out as well; they can be a significant threat up close. If you're playing in a team, communication and coordination are key. Therefore, assign everyone roles so that most of your team is focusing on the Butcher, while one or two players clean up the zombies around you.

Finally, it's important to remember that you are not the only one who wants to take him down. Other players can also enter the portal and attack you at any time, so stay alert and ready to fight back. When you defeat the Butcher, an in-game notification will appear on the screen. You will also see the Butcher marked as “Killed” on the Operation Nightmare challenge screen in the game.
