Interceptor is a Tier 2 mission in MW3 Zombies that requires you to find a traveling mercenary convoy, destroy it, and obtain their Stronghold keycard. Here's where you can find one and how to destroy it.
Where to find a Mercenary Convoy for Interceptor in MW3 Zombies
Interceptor isn't a very difficult mission to complete whether you're solo or with a group. The hardest part is finding a Mercenary Convoy to intercept; they're constantly on the move, making them hard to catch. Search for Mercenary Convoys along the main roads of the Exclusion Zone, traveling in one direction or another. They appear as a gray moving truck on the main map, and a red one on your mini-map.
I recommend getting an armored vehicle so you can search the area for a convoy, and use it as cover when you find one. Generally, you're looking for two or three traveling cargo trucks moving in unison with each other. If you see any lone vehicles traveling along the road that aren't a Mercenary Convoy, don't engage for this mission.
The best way to pin down a convoy is to drive it in front of the convoy so you're blocking the road, stopping them in their tracks. Doing this will prompt mercenary enemies to attack you, and it may also attract a hoard of zombies. Use this opportunity to destroy the convoy vehicles using explosives like C4 or an RPG.
Where to find the Mercenary Convoy Stronghold Keycard in MW3 Zombies
When you destroyed the Mercenary Convoy, one of the enemies in the area should have dropped a keycard for a Merc Stronghold. Search the remnants thoroughly and you should encounter one pretty quickly on the ground.
Strongholds are like major bases in the Exclusion Zone that have significant loot but are much harder to overcome than standard missions. I've found them to be a great source for special item drops you need for other missions like the Tier 3 Freezer Burn, if you don't already have the Acquistion for Cryo ammo.
