How to get 10 Operator Triple Kills with Shotguns in MW3 Season 3

Scoring 10 Operator Triple Kills with any weapon class in MW3 is rather difficult. For shotguns, it can be next to impossible if you don't know the right way and mindset to go about the challenge.

Best way to get Triple Kills with Shotguns in MW3 Season 3

For clarity, a Triple Kill is when you score three Operator kills within seconds of each other; it does not mean you need to get three kills at the same time. Regardless, for a shotgun, this is a difficult task unless all your enemies decide to bunch up together. This is actually the best-case scenario, but don't expect it to be a common occurrence in normal gameplay. Thankfully, MW3 supports maps and game modes that encourage this type of primal herd behavior, which you can abuse to complete this annoying challenge.

First, you'll need to make use of a Recommended shotgun for this challenge to count. I highly recommend you use the KV Broadside as your weapon of choice because it has access to an Aftermarket Part that makes this challenge way easier than normal. Make sure to equip the JAK Jawbreaker attachment to your KV Broadside and, for all other attachments, prioritize ADS Speed to zero in on targets fast.

You need your enemies to bunch together so you can score quick kills, back to back, so select the Hardpoint or Headquarters game modes when you're preparing to enter a game. You can play on Core or Hardcore for this, but Hardcore is easier due to the lower TTK (Time to Kill). The final preparation step is to ensure that you're playing on a very small map. Naturally, Shipment is the gold standard here, but maps like Das Haus and Meat are great alternatives.

Your goal is to score quick kills, so as much as I despise camping, I recommend you find a nice secluded corner to camp in, near the objective, and wait for enemies to run by. It won't be glamorous work, but at least you'll still playing the objective.

Despite all the prep work, ultimately you're still going to need to be quick on the trigger finger and highly accurate. Aim for headshots with the KV Broadside, as the TTK is extremely fast, which favors your goal. It may take you a bit of time to complete, as this objective is always a pain, but this is the best way to go about it. If you're having problems with aim, take off the Aftermarket part and equip a high-capacity magazine to your KV Broadside instead. All other recommendations still apply. Follow my advice, and you'll have this challenge done in no time.
