How to play Armored Royale 2.0 mode in Warzone 2

Battle of the trucks is back.

Armored Royale was a cool limited-time mode featured in the original Call of Duty: Warzone back in 2020. In this Battle Royale game mode, you basically have to be the last squad standing while protecting and utilizing your personal armored vehicle.

When the Armored Royale 2.0 match begins, your squad spawns at a randomly assigned location on the map along with your MRAP vehicle. Just like regular BR, you start with a pistol and loot around the map for cash, weapons, and supplies. In this game mode, stay close to your armored truck and keep it protected from enemies.

The survival of your MRAP is crucial to you winning the game, as there's no gulag in this mode. While you can win the game without it, the armored vehicle's respawn system is what brings you and your squadmates back after elimination. If your MRAP is destroyed, you can no longer redeploy unless your teammate buys you back from a buy station or uses a redeployment flare.

Similarly, you can destroy an enemy squad's MRAP to stop them from redeploying. Thereafter, kill the entire team to kick them out of the match. Let's say your squad's vehicle is destroyed. You can get it back by purchasing an MRAP from the nearest buy station for $6000.

The point of having an MRAP is not just for redeployment. You can use its turrets to take out enemies and their armored vehicles. Furthermore, I also highly suggest acquiring huge sums of cash to upgrade your personal MRAP via the Upgrade Station on the vehicle itself. You can add upgrades (including UAV), a trophy system, increased armor, better turrets, and smoke grenades to your vehicle.

Your MRAP will automatically redeploy teammates as long as it's functioning. After the vehicle is destroyed, you can respawn squad members using redeployment flare guns and buy them back from shops for $4000 like regular BR modes.
