The passenger train in Al Mazrah received a major upgrade with The Haunting update for Call of Duty: Warzone and DMZ. Besides its new monstrous look, the train also has lots of good loot and a special item that you need to find to complete one of the Operation Nightmare challenges.
Where to find the Ghost Train in Warzone & DMZ
To locate the Ghost Train, open your tac map and look for the skull icon in the north as I've marked in the map above. The train always originates at the same point and you'll find it near Al Mazrah City when the match begins. You can fly to the Ghost Train in Battle Royale modes, or drive a vehicle to it in DMZ. If you're lucky, you'll spawn right next to it.

How to capture the Heart in Warzone & DMZ
For the Ghost Train Haunting challenge, you need to pick up the Heart Of The Train from the first coach. Since all of the coaches are blocked from the sides, you need to go to the middle section as shown in the first image. There you'll find an open coach from where you can enter the front half of the Ghost Train (see first image).
Now, if you're completing this challenge in DMZ, you'll have to deal with countless traps laid from the entrance up to the first coach. These include Tripwires, Claymores, Proximity Mines, and even a Sentry Turret, so beware and proceed carefully defusing them. Whereas in Battle Royale modes, you just have to make it to the front coach while fending off other players. After reaching the first coach, grab the Heart Of The Train necklace from the safe to finish the challenge.
Where to find the Heat-Resistant Key in Warzone & DMZ
In the first coach, you'll also find several locked loot caches. These can be opened using the Heat-Resistant Key. I found several of these keys while looting the other compartments of the Ghost Train.
