"Already Claimed" Error
Each code can only be used once per account. If you see this message, you've already redeemed this specific code.
"Invalid Code" Error
Double-check the spelling - even one wrong letter will cause an error - Codes ARE case-sensitive - copy them exactly as shown - The code may have expired - codes typically last 1-2 weeks after release
Code System Not Available
You need to complete the tutorial (all of Chapter 1) before you can access the redemption system. Finish the first chapter, then try again.
"Limited Region" Error
Some codes are region-locked. If you're playing on a VPN or outside the intended region, certain codes may not work.
Timing Issues
New codes may take a few minutes to activate on the server. If a brand-new code doesn't work immediately, wait 5-10 minutes and try again.
