Best Sea Fairy Cookie Toppings build in Cookie Run Kingdom

Use the power of the deep sea to obliterate enemies.

Sea Fairy Cookie is a Legendary Bomber Cookie that prioritizes the Middle position of the team. She has been one of the strongest Cookie Run: Kingdom characters since release and has managed to maintain a reasonable position in the meta, despite all the powerful new Cookies who have come after her. I've been using Sea Fairy since I started the game and still love her—here's how I recommend building her.

Sea Fairy Cookie is a powerful DPS unit, but she suffers from an extremely long base cooldown. With that said, there are two Toppings options you can go for, depending on what game mode you're playing:

  • x5 Searing Raspberry (PvE) - increases Sea Fairy's overall ATK, making her deal more DMG against bosses
  • x5 Swift Chocolate (Arena) - allows Sea Fairy to spam her Skill more often, which can be useful in the fast-paced Arena

Of the two, I prefer using a full Searing Raspberry set on Sea Fairy as I primarily use her in World Exploration. But for the Arena, you might find a Swift Chocolate build to be the more practical option. You can also combine the two for the least of both worlds. For bonus stats, focus on ATK and cooldown reduction.

Sea Fairy Cookie is best paired with Treasures that can boost ATK and reduce cooldown, such as the following:

  • Dream Conductor's Whistle - for an overall DPS boost
  • Old Pimgrim's Scroll - for an increase in ATK
  • Sleepyhead Jelly Watch / Squishy Jelly Watch - for cooldown reduction

Soaring Compassion:

  • Fires a stream of water, inflicting damage and stunning the five closest enemies (targets Cookies first). After a certain time, a full moon-shaped pool of water created underneath the targets bursts up with the power of eternity, dealing heavy damage (Skill cannot be applied to summoned foes).

Skill specs:

  • Cooldown: 17 seconds
  • Water Stream DMG: 150 percent
  • Water Pillar DMG: 173 percent (+4.4 percent DMG per level)
  • Stun: three seconds
