How many players does Crab Game support?

The more, the merrier.

Netflix's hit Korean series, Squid Game, is taking over the world—well, Steam Games, at least. Crab Game is a first-person multiplayer battle royale that's unapologetically taken a lot of inspiration from Squid Game. Players can go against friends or strangers in a series of children's games with a twist: they're a bit more violent than initially intended.

Upon downloading the game for free on Steam, you can start a New Game or find an existing Server.

When you start a New Game, you can determine how many players you want in the room—with a minimum of two and a maximum of 40.

Meanwhile, if you choose to find an existing game, you can see the maximum number of participants of each Server and how many slots are left. As the game will continue to progress until no players are left, you can take on more challenges when there are a lot of participants inside a Server.

And if there aren't enough slots for you and your friends, consider making a New Game so that everyone can join in on the fun.

Keep in mind that Crab Game is constantly updating and changing the maximum player count, so you can expect some changes in the near future. Use the slider in the New Game menu to help you figure out the latest maximum number.
