In developer Sweet Bandit Studios and publisher Tripwire Interactive's Deceive Inc., you play as a mysterious agent whose sole task is to retrieve a package. Of course, this isn't as easy as it sounds—you'll have to contend with other players who are trying to claim that same package.

Deceive Inc. is a stealth and social deception game featuring twelve players competing to accomplish the same task. Players can run solo or in groups of three, but all are spawned into the game, appearing as one of the many NPCs. Each character has unique abilities that you can use to successfully claim and escape with the package.

Deceive Inc. is a stealth game with a focus on social deduction and misdirection, similar to Among Us. Each player is spawned in disguised as an NPC. You must balance blending in with the other NPCs, detecting other players, and completing your goal. Some characters in Deceive Inc. excel at stealth, some at misdirection, and others are determining other players. What character you play has a large impact on how you play.

How to join the Deceive Inc beta

Ahead of its release, Deceive Inc. will be holding an open beta. This will be available from March 10, 2023, until March 13, 2023. The beta is not yet available, but it will be playable on all platforms. Check your Steam, Xbox, and PlayStation store on these dates to download and participate in the beta.
