Behold, a community event! It's been two years since the last event, but now attention has turned towards improving the Eliksni quarter while we wait for the next season. The event's goal is to improve the conditions for those living within the ruins that were left behind after the Scourge of the Past raid.
Destiny 2 Eliksni Community Event
There are both personal and communal goals to hit within this event. To advance the event, donations of Captain's Coins can be deposited within the Donations Chest found in the Tower Courtyard. Aspects of the "A Rising Tide" quest will require you to return to the Eliksni Quarter.
You can also choose to donate planetary materials if you would like. Keep in mind that doing so will donate all of the planetary materials within your inventory. This will not impact any planetary materials you may be stored within your postmaster or vault.

Though the event is still fairly new, it's well on its way to being completed. You can view a live tracker of the event that shows that you reached the final goal of 400,000,000 on November 23, 2022.
