Destiny 2 is famous for its end-game content, especially Raids. But if you're like me and don't always have the time needed to put in such a demanding sequence, Dungeons are the next best thing. Each week, a new Dungeon is selected to give us Pinnacle drops, the ultimate end-game gear many seek. But now and again, Bungie provides us a treat, releasing a whole new dungeon to sink our teeth in. Here is the exact release time and date for the next Dungeon.
Destiny 2 New Dungeon (Season of the Deep) - Exact Release Date and Time
The new Destiny 2 Dungeon will be released on Friday, May 26, 2023, at 10am PT / 1pm ET, as verified by Bungie on their official website post. This Dungeon release will be a part of Season 21, now officially known as Season of the Deep. It is unknown what the new Dungeon will look like or where it will be located. As a part of an ongoing aquatic theme, it will likely be located underwater or near a body of water.

We know that this new Dungeon will be unlockable with the Lightfall Dungeon Key and will be the first of two Dungeons requiring this key. For the second Dungeon, we will need to wait until Season 23. The power cap for this new Dungeon is currently unknown, although it would probably be around 1800 since Bungie officially confirmed that Season of the Deep wouldn't be increasing the Power cap.
