Destiny 2 The Hidden Shape Quest Steps

The Hidden Shape introduces another craftable Exotic weapon to Guardians in Destiny 2. However, they'll need to jump through several hoops before they can zip off to Shuro Chi to quickly level the new craftable.

How to complete The Hidden Shape in Destiny 2

After completing step 23 in the More Than A Weapon seasonal quest, Guardians will be given The Hidden Shape. This is an eight-step quest that will ultimately unlock the base version of the Exotic pulse rifle, Revision Zero.

• Complete Operation: Seraph's Shield
  • This is Guardians' first foray into a single-player version of Deep Stone Crypt.
• Speak with Clovis at the Exo Frame in the H.E.L.M.
  • Clovis would like to debrief the Guardian regarding what was found on the orbital station.
• Complete The Arrival mission
  • The first mission of The Witch Queen campaign will only appear if Guardians haven't completed it.
• Speak with Ikora Rey at the Mars Enclave and complete The Relic quest to learn its secrets.
  • This step will only appear if Guardians haven't completed it as part of The Witch Queen campaign.
• Speak with Ikora Rey at the Mars Enclave and complete the Shaping: Extraction quest to harness the power of Deepsight
  • This step will only appear if Guardians haven't completed it as part of The Witch Queen campaign.
• Speak with Ikora Rey at the Mars Enclave, and complete the Shaping: Resonant Alloys quest to unlock the full power of the Relic
  • This step will only appear if Guardians haven't completed it as part of The Witch Queen campaign.
• Shape Revision Zero
  • Shape the Exotic pulse rifle at the Relic in the Mars Enclave.
• Commune with the Relic Conduit
  • Commune with the Relic Conduit in the Mars Enclave, just to the right of where the weapon is shaped, to complete this quest chain.

After completing the quest chain, Guardians can proceed to the Should You Choose to Accept It quest line. This is a series of four recycled quest chains that take roughly an hour and a half to two hours to complete each. Completing each part will unlock one of four Exotic Catalysts for Revision Zero. For Guardians that have been keeping up with the weekly releases, it's not the end of the world. For those that haven't, prepare for a slog.
