When it comes to rare ingredients like this one, it's important to remember that each one has a specific requirement to obtain it. Players must defeat opponents with Bows, Sniper Rifles, Scout Rifles, and Pulse Rifles for Balancing Flavors. Players can achieve this in either PvE or PvP, and the ingredient will drop immediately after you succeed.

But these ingredients don't drop each and every time you complete its requirement. You must continue doing it until one drops, making it completely random.
