There is currently only one way to get the Kinetic weapon Extraordinary Rendition in Destiny 2, and it's through Xur, Agent of the Nine. After being added back in 2021 during Destiny 2's Season of the Chosen, it has become increasingly difficult to get your hands on the Extraordinary Rendition submachine gun.

The merchant appears across the weekend each week and rotates his stock every time he shows up. This means that the weapon has a random chance of appearing in his wares, and when it does, you only have a few days to purchase it with your Legendary Shards.

Extraordinary Rendition was last sold by Xur from April 7-11, 2023, for 50 Legendary Shards and 1,000 Glimmer.

• Barrel: Corkscrew Rifling—Increases range, stability, and handling speed (Range +5, Stability +5, Handling +5).
• Magazine: Tactical Mag—Increases stability, reload speed, and magazine size (Stability +5, Magazine +10, Reload Speed +10).
• Trait #1: Overflow—Picking up Special or Heavy ammo reloads Extraordinary Rendition beyond its magazine capacity.
• Trait #2: Rampage—Kills grant increased damage temporarily; stacks three times.

Here's the recommended PvP God Roll for Extraordinary Rendition in Destiny 2:

• Barrel: Extended Barrel—Increases range and recoil, decreases handling speed (Recoil +3, Range +10, Handling -10).
• Magazine: Accuruzed Rounds—Increases range (Range +10).
• Trait #1: Zen Moment—Reduces recoil and flinch the more damage you deal. Certain weapons stack. Does the following for one second after a hit:
• Reduces recoil.
• Adds Flinch resistance.
• Reduces weapon shake.
• Removes reticle bounce.
• Trait #2: Rampage—Kills grant increased damage temporarily; stacks three times.
