To get Strand Meditations, you must use the Strand subclass anywhere in the system. You can also collect this resource by completing various activities on Neomuna. If you're looking to grind out several Strand Meditations, try defeating opponents in the Vex Incursion Zones of Neomuna. This grants extra Meditations, no matter which activity you do in the area. However, Vex Incursion Zones feature high-level opponents, so make sure you're prepared for a challenge.

At the Pouka Pond in Neomuna, you can buy new Strand Fragments at the cost of 200 Strand Meditations each. You can also purchase Aspects for 150 Meditations and grenades for 50 Meditations. When you first unlock Strand, you lack all Aspects, Fragments, and alternate grenades. It's best to collect all Fragments, so you can experiment with new builds. Once you have acquired all Strand upgrades for a single class, you can start the quest named The Final Strand, which grants you the Final Warning Exotic sidearm upon completion.
