The Explosive Personality is one of the newest Grenade Launchers to have joined Destiny 2. In fact, this grenade launcher was added in the Season of the Risen itself, and has quickly made a place for itself in the meta for this season. Like most grenade launchers, this weapon also uses special ammo and it fits into your energy weapon slot.
That said, in order to get this weapon, you will have to start completing Season of the Risen-related activities. This weapon usually drops from the Runic Chests at the end of PsiOps Battlegrounds missions. You can also get it as a rank-up reward from Fynch too. Alternatively, you can get your hands on this weapon by focusing Umbral Engrams at the War Table at the H.E.L.M. Finally, if you've managed to complete 4 Deepsight Resonance extractions on this weapon, you will be able to unlock the pattern for crafting as well.
The Explosive Personality grenade launcher can be quite deadly in PvE, but it isn't that great in PvP thanks to its Wave Form frame. However, if you know how to use grenade launchers in Destiny 2, it can be an asset in your arsenal. Good luck, Guardian!
