How to start the Vexcalibur Glaive quest
Collect the six Vex Access Codes on EDZ (Gulch)
To start this portion of the quest, travel to The Gulch on the EDZ. There are six Vex Nodes scattered around this area, and you must collect them all within a short duration. Once you grab a Vex Access Code from the node, you will have 30 seconds to find the next node, or you must start from the beginning. The order in which you collect the codes doesn't matter, so feel free to choose whichever order feels most comfortable.
Access Code 1- Under the bridge
To find the first node, turn to your left when you spawn into The Gulch. If you walk forward, you should see a collapsed bridge with a glowing light underneath. This is the Vex Node. To collect the Vex Access Code from the node, jump up and touch it. You should notice a buff that reads "53-??-??-??-??-??" with 30 seconds remaining. Before the 30 seconds runs out, start making your way toward the next Vex Node.
Access Code 2- Near tree stumps in the watery clearing
After collecting the first node, there should be two paths you can take. Hop on your Sparrow and drive down the path to the right. You should find yourself in a clearing filled with large puddles of water. Near the center of this clearing, there is a Vex Node in the middle of a set of tree stumps. Once you've gathered this Access Code, look to the left and you should see another node in the distance. This is your next target.
Access Code 3- On the cliffside
This Vex Node can be found on the cliffside, near the group of Cabal that resides at the large gate. If you came from the watery clearing node, you can see it glowing in the distance to the left side. To collect this Access Code, jump up into the glowing cube and prepare to race toward the next node.
Access Code 4- Between the highway signs
This Vex Node can be found floating between the two highway signs at the north side of the watery clearing. If you came from the cliffside node, continue alongside the cliff wall, away from the group of Cabal. Above the Salzwerk highway sign, you should find the fourth Vex Node. To reach this height, you can try equipping the Strand subclass and grappling up, or you can hop up onto the lights illuminating the sign.
Access Code 5- In a pile of mossy fallen trees
To find this Vex Node, you'll have to double back. After collecting the highway sign Access Code, turn around and ride along the collapsed highway you saw at the second Vex Node. Keep an eye on the right side of the highway, since when you notice a mossy stump on this side, that's your stop. At the stump, turn left and hop up onto the cliffside. In the middle of a pile of mossy fallen trees, you should see the fifth Vex Node.

Access Code 6- Above a Cabal device
From the fifth Vex Node, turn directly around and you should see a glowing object in the distance. That's your next target. Use your Sparrow to ride quickly toward the last Vex Node. You can follow the path to the right of the outcropping, as this leads to the correct area. When you've reached the top of the landmass, you should see a Cabal device next to a stack of silver containers. Collect this Access Code and move on to the next step.
Find the Vex Cave
After collecting all of the Access Codes in time, you should see a message that reads, "Simulated terrain subcode //CAVE// deactivated...". This signifies that you have completed the previous step, and now must find the quest area. If you look up at the sky, you should notice a circular Vex portal. Navigate to this area of the map and enter the cave directly under it.
If you have not claimed the regional chest in the southeast Gulch area, you can also follow this icon to find the cave. Follow this tunnel until you see a floating Harpy. You should receive a triumph for discovering this secret cave, and if you interact with the Harpy, you can start the Vexcalibur Exotic mission that is named //NODE.OVRD.AVALON//.
