The Vow of the Disciple raid race in Destiny 2 kicks off Saturday, March 5, at 10am PT. The race will conclude on Sunday, March 6, at 10am PT.
Multiple teams worldwide will be streaming their efforts to claim the coveted title of "World's First" in some of the most challenging content Destiny 2 has to offer. Viewers can watch coverage by heading to their favorite participating streamer's channel on their platform of choice.

The Rules
Of course, the race isn't limited to streamers only. Players are free to participate with their own fireteams. The raid itself will take place in Contest Mode. This mode runs for the first 24 hours and will cap Guardians at 20 Power below each encounter. While Artifact Power is enabled, it only provides benefits up to the cap of 1530. Additionally, some weapons and armor will be nullified within the Vow of the Disciple Raid:
- IKELOS_SMG_V1.0.2 Legendary SMG
- Imperial Needle Legendary Bow
- Grand Overture Exotic Machine Gun
- Wardcliff Coil Exotic Rocket Launcher
- Wormgod Caress Titan Exotic Gauntlets
- Peregrine Greaves Titan Exotic Legs
- Suppressing Glaive Artifact Armor Mod
The first team to complete all encounters, loot the final chest, and return to orbit will be awarded the title of World First.
