Does Diablo 4 have a season pass?

Participate in the seasons.

Diablo IV is the next entry in the Diablo series, allowing players to return to Sanctuary and battle the forces of evil. While players can get items and gear through playing, some may wonder if there is a battle pass in Diablo IV.

Is there a season pass in Diablo IV?

The answer is yes—there is a season pass in Diablo IV. Diablo IV will include a season pass despite not being a free-to-play title. The series has always had some form of microtransactions, but the fourth entry in the mainline series seems to be adopting the popular mechanic for online games.

Diablo Immortals included a season pass that fans were not happy with due to its low odds and predatory nature. Blizzard has considered this feedback, but it remains to be seen how Diablo IV's season pass compares. At first glance, it appears to function similarly to battle passes of other popular games.

We will likely see a free and premium season pass in Diablo IV, allowing players to earn rewards without spending money. Purchasing the premium season pass will likely give the player more rewards. Those purchasing the deluxe edition can skip tiers and get a headstart.
