Unfortunately, there isn't much you can do to fix the 316719 error code in Diablo IV. This code seems to be caused by server issues, likely due to many players trying to access the Diablo IV early access and beta simultaneously. Your only real solution is to be patient and wait. If you encounter the close Diablo IV and restart your PC/Console.

This will, unfortunately, mean you will be placed back into the queue, which can be a short process or take an eternity.
