My favorite part of Disney Dreamlight Valley is getting to interact with my all-time favorite Disney characters and we're nowhere close to seeing all the potential characters that are arriving.
Jack Skellington is the perfect character to welcome between Halloween and Christmas, and we will be seeing him much sooner than we might have expected. Keep reading for all the details.
When is the Jack Skellington release date for Disney Dreamlight Valley?
While a lot of us expected Jack Skellington to be released closer to the spooky season of Halloween, it makes more sense to see this Pumpkin King between Halloween and Christmas since he is from The Nightmare Before Christmas holiday movie. We definitely won't have to wait much longer since the Disney Dreamlight team announced his upcoming arrival on December 5, 2023.
Jack is a much different type of character than we have in the Valley so far: tall, slender, but overall, quite the gentleman. From the trailer, we can see just how much taller he is from our characters and, of course, how he flaunts in his signature pin-striped suit.
Just like all characters added to the world, we can expect to have brand new questlines to work on with Jack, Friendship roles, and a whole line of Friendship rewards from him. If you weren't satisfied with all the Halloween decor you've received already, I'm sure you'll see plenty more spooky-themed items from his rewards.

We aren't sure what else we can expect from this skeletal king yet, but keep an eye out for more information as his arrival gets closer. To prepare, find a good spot for his player home in your Valley, or work on finishing your other friends' quests.
