How to upgrade your Royal Pickaxe in Disney Dreamlight Valley

"Breaking the Ice" is Elsa's very first Friendship quest after returning to the Valley, and is given when Elsa at least reaches Friendship level 2. In this quest, players will help her create a Warmth of Summer Potion, which will upgrade their Royal Pickaxe so they can begin breaking through the large ice blocks. Here's how to complete this quest.

You will need a few different ingredients to make Elsa's Warmth of Summer Potion, but the Vial of Ocean Water is the most important and somewhat difficult. You can find the vial at Dazzle Beach, but you'll need to look in a specific spot. After accepting the quest from Elsa, head over to the location marked in the red circle on the image above. Check the water at the exact location, and you'll see a golden dazzle in this area. Interact with the golden dazzle to collect the Vial of Ocean Water.
