How to make all Sushi and Maki dishes in Dreamlight Valley

Mmmm, fish.

Disney Dreamlight Valley renames traditional Sushi dishes, Nigirizushi and Makizushi, as Sushi and Maki, respectively. Nigirizushi is raw fish on top of a bed of sushi rice. Makizushi is cooked or raw fish rolled in sushi rice and seaweed. There are eight total dishes you can cook up in the game that fall into this family. Here are all the recipes and ingredients you'll need:

There are eight different recipes that fall into the sushi and maki categories. Most feature some degree of fish, rice, and seaweed. Some of the recipes feature specific fish, so keep an eye out so you can prepare this. Here are all the recipes and other ingredients needed:

  • Sushi: Any Fish and Rice
  • Fugu Sushi: Fugu, Rice, and Seaweed (even though it's not Maki, we know.)
  • Maguro Sushi: Ginger, Rice, Seaweed, and Tuna
  • Sake Sushi: Rice and Salmon
  • Maki: Any Fish, Rice, and Seaweed
  • Kappa Maki: Cucumber, Rice, and Seaweed
  • Sake Maki: Rice, Salmon, and Seaweed
  • Tekka Maki: Rice, Seaweed, Soya, and Tuna

Where do you get ingredients for Sushi and Maki dishes in Disney Dreamlight Valley?

Some common ingredients you'll need are Rice, which you can buy and grow in the Glade of Trust, and Seaweed, which can be obtained via fishing in water that is not bubbling. With the specific fish you may need for recipes like Salmon, try fishing in spots that have colored bubbles. If a recipe only says Fish, you can simply get a fish from anywhere with bubbles (fresh or seawater).
