Elden Ring has tons of new weapons with the introduction of its Shadow of the Erdtree DLC, and one of those is the Reverse-Hand sword, also known as Backhand Blades. If you want to get your hands on the Reverse-Hand sword early, this Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree guide is here to help.
Location of the Reverse-Hand Sword on the map in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree
The Reverse-Hand Sword is located in front of a grave just ahead of the Scorched Ruins Site of Grace in the Realm of Shadow. To reach there, travel to the Scorched Ruins, where you will see the marked grave. Head over to the grave and in front of it, you will find the Reverse-Hand Sword.
If you haven't yet discovered the Scorched Ruins Site of Grace, then head north from the Gravesite Plains Site of Grace, which is the first one you discover as soon as you start the DLC. While going north, you will see a road and some broken structures, and the Scorched Ruins site of grace will be on the right side of this road.
How to dual-wield Reverse-Hand Sword in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree
The unique feature of the Reverse-Hand sword is that it becomes two swords when you wield it in both hands, but doing that can be tricky, especially if you are coming back to the game after a while, as I did. So to dual-wield it, equip the Reverse-Hand sword in either of your hands, hold the interact button, and then press the empty hand's attack button.
