In Elden Ring, players will defeat various demi-god bosses to acquire their Great Runes. These Great Runes can be activated at specific Divine Towers spread all across the map in the Lands Between.
Malenia's Great Rune can be restored at the Isolated Divine Tower, which is located in the middle of the ocean, south of Lyndell. The gates of this Divine Tower will remain locked until players defeat Malenia at Miquella's Haligtree, located far north in West Mountaintops of Giants.Â
How to reach the Isolated Divine Tower?
The Isolated Divine Tower can be reached via different paths, depending on how far players have progressed in the story. If players have not burned the Erdtree yet, then they can reach the Divine Tower from the West Capital Rampart Site of Grace at Lyndell.Â

However, if players burn the Erdtree, then this Site of Grace will disappear as the Castle crumbles down. The only way to reach the Isolated Divine Tower after burning the Erdtree is through the enchanted trap at the Tower of Return, located south of Weeping Peninsula.
The trap will teleport players to the Divine Bridge Site of Grace, where they will face a sleeping Golem. Sneak past the Golem without alerting it, and you will find a teleporter toward the left. Use this teleporter to reach the Isolated Divine Tower.Â
