You'll pass a Site of Grace called Temple Quarter that overlooks the Meeting Place Location—you'll know you're in the right spot when you see a rock formation jutting from the water (seen below) and the sleeping Glintstone Dragon Smarag guarding the location.

It's possible to sneak past Smarag if you're careful enough. You'll find three lootable items just behind it—the Glintstone Key is found on the body of a fallen Academy Student with black and red robes.

If you spook Smarag, quickly sprint into the area and grab the Glintstone Key—you can summon your horse and make a speedy getaway if you're not ready for a fight. Now you can unlock the South Raya Lucaria Gate and gain access to Raya Lucaria Academy.
