In the world of Enshrouded, cooking is an essential skill for survival, but it's easy to mess things up. To cook well, you need to know all the food buffs and ingredients in Enshrouded.
What are Food Buffs and Ingredients in Enshrouded?
Cooking some recipes will give you a temporary upgrade for specific stats. It is mostly Stamina or Strength, but some food can increase your Intelligence, Spirit, or Dexterity. At the beginning of the game, you only have some basic recipes you can roast by the campfire. However, as you progress, you will unlock better skills and equipment that will allow for better recipes.
