Everything new in Fallout 76 Season 16

Fallout 76 Season 15 was released on December 5, 2023. We all enjoyed the season for a while before things started to feel a bit outdated. Fallout 76 Season 16, however, premieres on the 26th of March 2024, with a handful of significant changes to the game.

The 16th season departs from the traditional scoreboard progression chain of previous Seasons and introduces a new Season pass system that is familiar to all players. This is a welcome change because it makes the ranking up process more visually pleasing. You can now swipe through pages to see all the rewards you can get.

The S.C.O.R.E. system remains the same. You earn points by completing daily or weekly challenges, and these points accumulate to give you a new rank. Each new rank unlocks a new page in the season pass with rewards that you can redeem using the 25 tickets you receive for ranking up. Players can progress up to rank 100 and beyond, receiving vanity or consumable items along the way to ensure that the season remains relevant for an extended period.

While you can find the usual consumables, cosmetics, and vanity items designed for everyone to enjoy, there are also additional premium rewards included in the season pass. Fallout 1st members automatically gain access, but if not, you can sign up for at the Atomic Shop. There are 13 pages with about 10 rewards per page, meaning more than a 100 new exclusive rewards.

As part of the exclusive season rewards, Fallout 76 Season 16 introduces a new weapon called the Cremator. You can unlock this weapon by progressing through the season and then craft or modify it at the Weapon Workbenches once you reach level 30. The Duel with the Devil season of Fallout 76 also features a new celebrity Assaultron named Adelaide, who will reside at your C.A.M.P.
