How to get the Aeturna mount in FFXIV

The Aeturna Mount is the reward for clearing the new Eureka Orthos Deep Dungeon, not once, not twice, but four times in a row. Once you’ve reached Floor 100 of Eureka Orthos four times, you’ll have received the Enaretos Earrings, Enaretos Bracelet, Enaretos Ring, and Enertos Necklace.

Head back to Mor Dhona, and speak with Koh Rabntah at X: 34.7, Y: 19.3 while wearing all four of these Orthos accessories. After a brief dialog, you'll receive the Vintage Vogue achievement. Then, head to your Achievements Page, and claim the Aeturna horn as your prize. You’ll also be able to equip the Sovereign Hero title after you’ve got the achievement.
