Battle Balloon is a Back Bling that comes attached to one of the soon to be released Clown skins. Clowns or Circus Performers are known fore creating balloon animals, and this one depicts the famous Battle Bus that carries out players to the island for each game. We aren't sure yet which of the Clown skins (Nite Nite or Peekaboo) it will belong to.
