The Blue Striker Skin is an Epic Fortnite Outfit. Blue Striker was first added to the game in Fortnite Chapter 1 Season 4.
Blue Striker is the second PlayStation Plus skin to be released. You must have PS+ to receive the skin and it needs to be attached to your Epic account. This got a bit controversial due to Sony not allowing cross-play, so if you have your Epic account attached to PlayStation you won't be able to use it on X-Box or Nintendo Switch.
