The Captain America Skin is a Marvel Fortnite Outfit from the Avengers set. It was released on July 3rd, 2020 and was last available 16 days ago. It can be purchased from the Item Shop for 2,000 V-Bucks when listed. Captain America was first added to the game in Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 3.
The Captain America skin was added to the game in celebration of July 4th, 2020! While it doesn't have additional styles, the Proto-Adamantium Shield it comes with can be used as a Back Bling and a Pickaxe! So, you'll have two for the price of one if you purchase this skin.

Will the Captain America skin come back near the end of the season?
Hard to say, I would guess it will return at least once, but we never know.
OMG it’s me guys
I wanted Captain America to come since I started playing this game. No other item matters to me anymore. And finally it came and I got it in the first second.I am very happy, it was perfect that the shield is both pickaxe and backbling. It is really beautiful.
There might also be coming a Thor skin tho. You saw Cap using the Bifrost which can only be opened by Thor

Evident; the skin is 2,000 VB, not 1,500VB. And technically is not a bundle but a normal skin with backblings (that has a bonus)
Anyway, one of the best skins in the game for sure, and aside for pets, the best backbling in the game.

Very solid skin. Not a true fan of Marvel or the character but the skin looks really good. 2,000 VB is worth because you get a skin that could be easily sold at 1,500 VB and the super unique shield harvesting tool sould be 1,200 VB. So this is like a bundle with great value.
Hopefully when this is released we will get the other avengers cosmetics along with it
