This is the 2nd best item shop skin I have ever seen! (#1 being fishstick obviously.) I picked up the bundle and wrap today and it is AWESOME. Definitely worth it if you are wondering whether to get this or not.

No, you just need a Galaxy phone or device.
Unfortunately Evident I’ve found out online that you have to have the galaxy skin to register for the tournament and you have to get invited 😭
