The Patch Skin is a Rare Fortnite Outfit from the Carving Crew set. It was released on October 30th, 2020 and was last available 29 days ago. It can be purchased from the Item Shop for 1,200 V-Bucks when listed. Patch was first added to the game in Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 4.

How-to Get the Patch Skin

Patch can be obtained with V-Bucks when it is in the Item Shop. Cosmetics rotate in and out of the shop each day, so we have no way of knowing when it will return.
