Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 1 recently received the 19.10 patch update, and it brought massive weapon balances to change the current state of guns. The spray meta of Chapter 3 introduced some of the most overpowered weapons in the game like the MK-Seven Assault Rifle and the Stinger SMG.
The official patch notes simply mention how the weapons will now function in the game. Nevertheless, thanks to reliable data miner @HYPEX we now know the exact statistics for these weapon balances.
Auto Shotgun
The Auto Shotgun received a slight buff in terms of reload time from common to mythic variants of the gun. This recent change will see the reload time reduced from 8.8/8.4/8/7.6/7.2/6.8 to 6.2/6/5.7/5.4/5.1/4.8. The reload animation doesn't linger like before, which makes it easier to peek out from cover and shoot opponents.
MK-Seven Assault Rifle
Damage decreased significantly for shots that connect with opponents and builds. The damage for direct shots has been reduced from 21/22/23/24/25/26 to 20/21/22/23/24/25 for common to mythic variants of the weapon. Similarly, build damage reduction will now be from 20/21/22/23/24/25 to 17/18/19/20/21/22.
Ranger Assault Rifle
The Ranger Assault Rifle got a slight buff in terms of stability and accuracy. The weapon will be more accurate over the range with a tight bullet spread. Build damage is reduced slightly and it will now be from 30/31/32/33/34 to 31/32/33/34/35 for common to legendary variants of the weapon.
Stinger SMG
Stinger SMG received massive damage nerf from common to mythic variants of the gun. Currently, the damage stats have been changed from 18/19/20/21/22/24 to 16/17/18/19/20/22. The HIP fire doesn't feel as accurate, and destroying builds takes longer than before.
