Professional streamer SypherPK has entered Fortnite Universe, and he's coming in swinging (his pickaxe)! SypherPK is a well known Fortnite player, so we think it was only a matter of time before he was added to the game like some of the other popular streamers.

You read the title right. SypherPK is bringing a Trios Arena tournament worth $10,000! There are a lot of unknowns about this tournament, but there is a lot more that we do know! Let's start with what we heard from SypherPK via his Twitter:

What We Know

• Prize Pool: The $10,000 prize pool got everyone's attention right off the bat. This is a massive prize for small-scale tournaments that aren't a part of the Championship Series. Listed below is the prize placement.

• Eligibility: The following list are the bare requirements for eligibility in the tournament
  • 13 years or older: Anyone under 18 must have a parent or guardians permission to enter
  • 2FA: Player must have 2FA enabled on their account
• Tournament Date: This event is being hosted in two rounds on Wednesday, Feb. 17th and Thursday, Feb. 18th.

The Unknown

• Arena Placement: There is no official release of what placement players must be in Arena. Generally, this means that this competition is open to any player of any skill level that meets the other eligibility requirements. We will update this page if we find out more.
• Other Rewards: It hasn't been mentioned for this tournament, but occasionally the winners will also win the host's character skin before they are released to the item shop. We will update the page if they mention this as an additional reward.
