Fortnite Venom Skin Available via Marvel Knockout Super Series

Well, it looks like it has finally been confirmed, Fortnite is getting a Venom skin and it will be part of the Marvel Knockout Super Series. This set of tournaments has allowed players to compete against each other for the chance to win themselves a free Marvel skin of that particular competition. The next one will involve Venom, who is one of the more popular comic book characters. It originated as a super-villain in the Spider-Man comics, and eventually became so popular that it got its own series of comics.

Update: Venom skin revealed

An actual look at the Venom skin has now been revealed by VastBlastt on Twitter!

Venom

We don't know exactly what the skin will look like yet, because Epic has only released a teaser image with it so far. It is likely to be a larger skin, these were made possible by the transition to the new Chapter 2 map and the big change to the game. I would imagine it will be comparable to Brutus, especially if you check out the teaser below.

As you can also see from the teaser, it looks like Venom will have somewhat of a built-in pickaxe available to them. Venom is known for its ability to shapeshift different parts of its body, so it would make sense that it could change an arm into the shape of a pickaxe. This will likely be similar to Wolverine, where you can use his claws as pickaxes instead of the traditional harvesting tool you normally would use. I'm curious what other types of things they add with this skin, because it has a lot of interesting possibilities!

The event has not officially been announced yet, but I imagine it will be very soon!
