How to destroy objects or structures at Elemental Shrines in Fortnite

Destruction derby.

As if other players shooting at you is not enough, some Chakra quests in Fortnite have ambiguous tasks. One that can be confusing is a mission to destroy objects or structures at an Elemental Shrines. But what if other players have destroyed all objects?

To complete the Chakra quest and destroy objects or structures at an Elemental Shrine, demolish everything you see. Yes, the trick is that everything is breakable at an Elemental Shrine, even walls! So if other players have destroyed pots and other small objects, just go after walls, gongs, and everything that can be crushed.

If you're in a hurry, with other players shooting at you (I know I was!), focus on the object entrance, like a fence. It is challenging to run around destroying a building while other players try to destroy you, but if you use a pickaxe and move constantly, you'll be fine. You can always stop what you're doing and deal with those enemies, but I found ignoring them much more exciting.

Keep in mind that it doesn't matter which Elemental Shrines you are destroying. For example, I've completed a Fire Chakra quest destroying an Earth Elemental Shrine. If you're too late and other players have destroyed objects at all Elemental Shrine locations, there's always another match! With this quest solved, you're one step closer to earning the Appa Glider in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2.

That's everything you need to know on how to destroy objects or structures at Elemental Shrines in Fortnite. Be sure to check out our rarest Fortnite skins, and rarest emotes lists, as well as what's in the Item Shop tomorrow here at Pro Game Guides.
