Resources are the key to survival in LEGO Fortnite, and I needed to learn the best and quickest ways to collect wood, iron, and other essential materials. Here's how to easily farm resources in LEGO Fortnite and stock up fast!

How to farm materials fast in LEGO Fortnite

Below are tried and tested methods to farm resources in LEGO Fortnite. Some methods will have you delve into Cave and Desert biomes to gather the ingredients for tools, while others won't require tools that are difficult to craft and obtain.

Use Foundations

You won't need any tools to use this method, and it's the quickest way to destroy trees, rocks, bushes, and other materials lying around. Place three foundations on top of one another similar to a staircase. Destroy the bottom foundation, push the other two foundations into rocks or trees to destroy them, and collect the resources. If you want to take it up a notch, use Dynamic Foundations instead of wooden ones, and attach thrusters and wheels to make it speed across the map.

Use Dynamite and Boom Barrels

Explosives are the best way to destroy rocks and collect the materials they leave behind. You'll need one Blast Powder and three Knotroot Rods to craft Dynamite in the Crafting Bench, and three Blast Powders and six Planks to craft a Boom Barrel. Throw them into the pile of rocks and watch them become collectable resources in a matter of seconds!

Lure a Brute

Brutes destroy everything in their path, and if you agitate them in an area rich with resources, they'll do the dirty work for you and break rocks, cacti, buildings, and trees. Once you've collected the resources, escape the Brute or take him down if you're brave enough.

Use Longsword to cut trees

Axes are the go-to way to cut down trees in LEGO Fortnite, but they'll get worn down over time, and you'll need to replace them often. Longswords do just as good of a job, if not better! As a bonus, they won't get worn down easily, and it only takes two to three hits to take down a tree.
