Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 1 has added a new POI to the game, and players will find a brand new NPC boss, IO Brute, at this location. Covert Cavern is the latest Imagined Order POI added to the map, and you will have to defeat the boss to acquire Gunnar's Mythic Stinger SMG.
To acquire Gunnar's Stinger SMG, head over to Covert Cavern and locate IO Brute. He will be surrounded by IO Guards who will shoot as soon as they see players. The IO Brute will drop the Mythic Gunnar’s Stinger SMG as soon as players eliminate him. The weapon has high recoil but performs better than its lower variants, even after the recent nerfs. The IO Brute has 650 health and 650 shields, which makes him one of the toughest bosses in Chapter 3. He can also perform a charged dash and toss grenades at players, make sure to have enough resources before fighting him.
