How to get the Venom skin for free in Fortnite

Now that the Venom skin has been officially revealed, it will be available to all players who are willing to get a bit competitive in Fortnite. Like Black Widow (Snow Suit), Ghost Rider, and Daredevil before it, you will be able to obtain Venom by participating in the Marvel Knockout Super Series.

The Venom Cup is a Duos tournament, so make sure you have a friend that can clutch up and help get you some victories! I'm briefly going to go into some of the required rules of the cup below, but you should take a look at the official rules here. The Venom Cup takes place on November 18th in all regions.

The basic requirements for joining in the tournament are as follows:

  • Lifetime account level of 30 or higher
  • Account must have 2FA
  • All members of the party must meet the above requirements

Depending on what region you are playing in, you will have to rank in a certain spot to obtain the Venom cosmetics. Here's a breakdown of where you will need to place:

  • Europe: 1st - 1,200th “Venom” In-game Cosmetic Outfit, Back Bling, Emote, and Pickaxe
  • NA East: 1st - 750th “Venom” In-game Cosmetic Outfit, Back Bling, Emote, and Pickaxe
  • NA West: 1st - 300th “Venom” In-game Cosmetic Outfit, Back Bling, Emote, and Pickaxe
  • Brazil: 1st - 300th “Venom” In-game Cosmetic Outfit, Back Bling, Emote, and Pickaxe
  • Asia: 1st - 150th “Venom” In-game Cosmetic Outfit, Back Bling, Emote, and Pickaxe
  • Oceania: 1st - 150th “Venom” In-game Cosmetic Outfit, Back Bling, Emote, and Pickaxe
  • Middle East: 1st - 150th “Venom” In-game Cosmetic Outfit, Back Bling, Emote, and Pickaxe

If you can place within those rankings, you will win the Venom outfit as well as the We Are Venom Built-In Emote, Tendril Tote Back Bling, and Symbiote Slasher Pickaxe! If you can't find a duos partner, or you won't be able to participate in the tournament, you will be able to eventually purchase all of these cosmetics in the item shop.
