In Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2 Myths and Mortals, the Greek Gods have arrived on the island bringing several new weapons, mythics, and other items. The Warforged AR is one of the new weapons added this season, so here's how to get and use this weapon.

How to unlock Warforged AR in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2 Myths and Mortals

The Greek Gods including Zeus, Ares, Hades, Poseidon, Aphrodite, Medusa, Artemis, and Cerebus have arrived on the island in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2, bringing new and improved weapons. The Warforged Assault Rifle is designed after Ares, the god of war, which boasts high damage, a high rate of fire, and powerful recoil. You can find base variants of this weapon by simply exploring and looting chests around the map.

How to get the mythic Warforged AR in Fortnite Myths and Mortals

To obtain the mythic Warforged Assault Rifle you must defeat Ares at Brawler’s Battleground POI located south of Mount Olympus (where Zeus resides). The Brawler's Battleground looks similar to the Colossal Coliseum POI added back during Chapter 2. Make sure to be properly equipped, as Ares is one of the toughest bosses this season.

Keep in mind that other players will land at Brawler's Battleground to obtain the mythic weapon from Ares. I suggest visiting the boss's location and hiding nearby. Whenever an enemy comes into the arena to engage the boss, shoot at them from a distance. This way you can easily get a few eliminations while weakening the boss before fighting them. I recommend finding shields, and healing consumables first as you'll need plenty of them to survive in this fight.

Strategize accordingly and use the best weapons you can find. I suggest using new weapons like the Gatekeeper Shotgun that perform brilliantly at close range. Fire at the boss from a distance using Assault Rifles to deal damage. Move in close range once the boss's health bar comes down to critical, and use Shotguns and SMGs to finish the job.

Where to find Ares in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2 (Location)

Ares, the god of war, is located at the new Brawler’s Battleground POI. This new area can be found shortly after traveling south from Mount Olympus.
