You can find the Gatekeeper Shotgun scattered around all over the island, so the basic version of the weapon is not very hard to get. However, if you want a Mythic version of the Gatekeeper Shotgun, you have to defeat Cerberus himself. Similar to Zeus Lightning, it's not an easy task, but you'll have a great weapon in your arsenal.

Where to find Cerberus in Fortnite Myths and Mortals

You'll find Cerberus at the Grim Gate, which is a passageway to the Underworld. The Grim Gate location is on the west side of the island, and it's populated with grim creatures. You'll recognize Cerberus easily since he's a three-headed humanoid dog. Quite hard to miss it.

How to defeat Cerberus in Fortnite Myths and Mortals

Timing is the key to defeating Cerberus. His weapon, the Gatekeeper Shotgun, is extremely powerful at close range and fires all three volleys at once. Charging the Cerberus head-on equals a momentary death. The Gatekeeper Shotgun has a long reload time, so you can use that to your advantage. Time your attacks during those reload times and avoid fighting Cerberus at close range, and you'll get your Gatekeeper Shotgun in no time.
