After you have successfully hired a specialist to join your squad in Fortnite, locate the command menu by looking just below your name and health bar on the user interface (UI) located at the top left of your screen. Depending on your gaming platform, the method to bring up the command menu will differ. For instance, you can press and hold the mid-mouse button on your PC or use the left D-Pad on PlayStation and Xbox.

Once you have opened the command menu, you will have the ability to direct your hired specialist to wait, follow, or move to a specific location. In case you get knocked down during gameplay, you can use the command menu to request for your specialist to revive you.
